Chicken Fried Rice

A stir-fried favorite bursting with flavor! Our Chicken Fried Rice is made with fragrant jasmine rice tossed with tender chicken pieces, crisp vegetables, and scrambled egg — all wok-tossed in our special soy-garlic sauce.

For the Chicken:

  • 250g boneless chicken (diced)

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste

  • Salt to taste

For the Fried Rice:

  • 3 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice (preferably a day old)

  • 2 eggs (beaten – optional)

  • 1/2 cup carrots (finely diced)

  • 1/4 cup green peas

  • 1/4 cup spring onions (sliced)

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (optional)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2–3 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Spring onions or coriander for garnish
